Don't Worry
Therefore I say unto you, take no thought (don't worry) for your life, what ye shall eat or what ye shall drink nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. (Matthew 6:25)
For us to not worry does not give an invitation for us to sit back and wait for God to do everything while we do nothing. But in reality preparation will reduce stress and worry. Have you ever waited until the very last moment before trying to prepare for an upcoming event? usually the day ends with frustration because something is always missing. Prepare early for next months bill, or for that retirement that seems so far away, and by doing so you will reduce anxiety and stress. To read my article on don't worry click on the link below

Money is neutral and is only amplified in accordance with a persons character, for example a thief will only become a bigger one with more money... visit my new article "your money and self-esteem" at http://hubpages.com/hub/Your-money-and-self-esteem

The ten ten theory
Try coming up with your own ideas on how to cut ten of your expenses by ten dollars, for example cut back on that usual cup of coffee or lunch that you may buy on a daily bases and use those funds toward paying off debt. Here are some other ideas:
1. Sharing the driving to work with someone
2. Prepare your lunches instead of buying them
3. Cut interest by paying bills on time
These are just a few, but you can come up with your own.

Little means much
Many people today may come to the conclusion that the little that they have to offer is insignificant when in fact the opposite is true. And because of this thought pattern they may refuse to do anything at all. The bible says to despise not the day of small beginnings because doing so will prohibit an individual from doing anything at all. Take for example the five thousand men that Jesus fed which possibly could have been as many as twenty thousand people including women and children. The Disciples looked at what they had to offer to such a large crowd as insignificant because Philip said two hundred pennyworth would not be sufficient for such a crowd. When you only look at your situation from a practical perspective , you will always come up short in areas, but the bible also says that Jesus knew what he would do. The Lord always has an answer, and it is up to us not to only look at things practically...but spiritually also. Spend some time in prayer and get an answer on what to do practically. A young lad had five loaves and two fish so remember this was a little lads lunch and not what we think of in today's terms as a "loaf of bread". Jesus blessed, brake and distributed the bread , then gave to the Disciples and they gave to the people and to every one's amazement, little became much. If people would give as giving unto the Lord, a cycle of giving would be created until there would be more than enough. There were twelve baskets left over as the fragments were gathered up. El Shaddi the all sufficient one and the God who is more than enough will manifest in the little given if we don't look at it as insufficient. This principle is not just a financial one, but will affect every area of giving. If you give a little of your time , it will be increased, a word of advice, wisdom will increase, and the list goes on. Penny's add up to nickels and nickels to dimes, and dimes to quarters, and quarters,to dollars, so do not despise the day of small beginnings.

The importance of giving

Luke 6:38 says to give and it shall be given unto you good measure pressed down and shaken together and running over shall men give into your bosom, for with the same measure that you mete it shall be measured unto you again
Friend may I tell you that God will never never be indebted to us because every time we give for his purposes and plans in the earth he promises that it will be returned to us. Notice Proverbs 19:17 which says he that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord, and that which he hath given will he pay him again. Many times we may compare God with people and become hesitant to give because of past financially disappointments by someone we trusted. We can tend to place God in that same category, but he is not a man that he should lie or the son of man that he should repent (change his mind). So what does this all mean? it means you and I can trust and rely on his word! What leaves our hand for him will never leave our lives, but it will come back at the right place and time when we need it the most. It is also important to recognize how God returns the money back to us. It will come from the hands of people, so if you are a person who finds it hard to receive from others...you will miss your payback. Giving also positions one to receive so they can give, so they can receive again making giving and receiving a perpetual cycle that never stops in a persons life. God also looks at our motives for giving and those motives should never be just to receive back. Love is the measuring stick that measures our motives for giving because it is God's reason for it. John 3:16 says for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son.
